Patient Services Representative II
Location: Onsite | 350 Hawthorne Ave, Oakland, CA 94609
Schedule: 5x8 | 08:00-17:00
Summary / Duties: Serves as the first point of contact for patients entering an outpatient medical facility. This role is not intended for inpatient or clinical care functions. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, verifying demographic and insurance information, confirming authorizations, scheduling appointments, and providing general information to patients and their families.
