The Patient Services Representative role is a full-time, onsite position in Olean, NY, within the cardiology specialty, working Monday through Friday during first shift hours (7:30 AM–4:30 PM).
Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, managing medical records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (college preferred), healthcare or customer service experience, knowledge of insurance and medical terminology, and strong communication skills. The role offers a pay range of $16.75–$21.66, with no nights, weekends, or holidays, free parking, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.
