Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is the premier rehabilitation provider in Connecticut. We provide rehabilitation services across the continuum - acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient centers, and in community settings such as senior centers, work sites, and schools and colleges. Southington Care Center features a state-of-the-art rehab pavilion complete with Aqua Therapy and an Occupational Therapy suite that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being, with a wide range of wellness programs.

Patient Service Representative reports to the Rehab Manager and supports the operation by organizing and maintaining records of all activity in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Will answer phones, schedule appointments, direct patients, maintain records, coordinate billing and insurance and manage admissions and discharges.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Two or more years experience in an administrative support position

High level of proficiency with computer applications

Previous experience in a medical or rehab office strongly preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills
