This temporary Patient Services Representative role lasts up to 6 months, with possible extension. It involves supporting clinic operations by providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone, greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, creating records, and handling payments.
Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, processing income applications, scheduling per protocols, and answering inquiries efficiently.
Required skills include knowledge of office procedures, strong math, familiarity with office equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in Spanish is preferred.
