Job Summary
The Patient Services Specialist 1, with direct oversight, provides administrative support in a physician office, clinic, or other area. This role assists patients to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Duties include patient relations, check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
Work Location: This position primarily supports our Plano and Grapevine clinic locations, with a typical schedule of three days in Plano and two days in Grapevine. Team members may also be asked to provide occasional coverage at other nearby clinic locations, including Frisco, McKinney, Garland, and additional satellite clinics based on operational needs.

Ability to calm upset patients in a composed and professional demeanor.
Excellent data entry, numeric, typing and computer navigational skills, with attention to details.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly changing and stressful environment.
Customer service is the foundation of this role. We are seeking individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others, creating positive experiences, and serving as a welcoming first point of contact for patients seeking care.
Success in this role requires strong computer skills, comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously, and the ability to quickly learn new technology in a highly digital healthcare environment.
