We are currently seeking a Patient Solution Specialist Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the operation of patient navigation services, ensuring courteous and professional customer service. Your role will include supervising a team of Patient Solution Specialist, managing work schedules, and ensuring that all team members are adequately trained and equipped to handle incoming calls, conduct client intakes, assess patient social determinants of health and provide information about UCFS Health Care services. You will play a key role in improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities by overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient navigation services.
Expected Scheduled: Full-Time, 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
