You will guide patients through eligibility, benefits verification, and medication access processes while following structured triage and compliance workflows.

Prior call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience required
Strong communication skills with a focus on tone, empathy, and professionalism

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Review financial and program documentation to determine eligibility
Calculate and apply Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines for assistance programs
Conduct benefits verification, including commercial vs. government insurance plans
Interpret E1 verification responses and eligibility outcomes
Determine eligibility for Medicare Extra Help and Medicare Savings Programs
Clearly explain program requirements, eligibility decisions, and appeal processes
Process specialty medication orders according to program and regulatory requirements
Manage applications received from multiple intake channels
Obtain and document required authorizations and attestations
Capture, document, and escalate adverse events and product quality complaints per compliance guidelines
Support medication reshipment or replacement workflows
Ensure proper medication distribution and shipping compliance
Identify authorized ordering personnel and follow communication protocols
Maintain accurate documentation across all systems
Provide empathetic, high-quality support in a high-volume inbound call environment
