Patient Transport Supervisor

Schedule: Full-time day shift

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Supervise, organize and coordinatedaily patient transportation activities, projects and events and resources.
• Delegate and assign work commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience, and assure the work is performed appropriately and serve as an educational resource for support staff.
• Assist with the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and evaluation of the support staff.
• Monitor workflow and work volume continuously and adjust worker's job tasks as necessary to ensure daily work completion.
• Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• Transport, Customer Service experience and ability to to be certified in other areas to meet job requirements.
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
