About the Role:
Global Protection & Investigations is looking for a dedicated and professional Patrol Officer to join our growing security team in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular standing and mobile patrols of assigned posts and client properties
• Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter secured areas
• Deter, detect, and report suspicious activity, trespassing, or security threats
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols
• Write detailed, accurate incident reports and maintain a daily activity log
• Enforce client site rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency services, and client personnel as needed

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card (BSIS Security Officer License) required
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods during assigned shifts
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for accurate report writing
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-service-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
