JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting guests in designated areas within Patron Services.
- Provides guests with programs and information as needed.
- Responsible for accurate accounting of receipts for sales of programs and related journals.
- Responsible for picking up and distributing programs, Racing forms, and harness eye.
- Accurately completes reports for accounting purposes.
- Promotes guest safety within respective areas.
- Responsible for maintaining guest safety when horses are entering & exiting the Paddock area.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in customer service and public relations.
- Must be knowledgeable of Thoroughbred Racing Industry.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
