Paul Revere Elementary School Library Paraprofessional

The Revere Public Schools is seeking a part-time paraprofessional to work at the Paul Revere Elementary School in their library setting. The library paraprofessional works with classes to faciliate pre-planned reading and math exercises during their library time. The library paraprofessional also helps students check out books if they would like to take them home to read for enjoyment. The library paraprofesisonal is scheduled for 3 hours and 55 minutes per day (19.5 hours per week) per our 185.5 day school year calendar. The shift hours are 11:00 a.m. to 2:55 p.m. Minimum Age 18 years Commitment to fostering a safe, welcoming, respectful and productive learning environment for all students Must meet one of the following requirements:

• Associate''s degree or higher
• Minimum 48 post-secondary credits
• Successful completion ParaPro Assessment (minimum score of 464)
