Pavement Maintenace Technician (PMT)

EverLine is currently seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join our team. As a PMT, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as crack-filling, sealcoating, line striping, and filling potholes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

• Perform regular maintenance on machines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Drive and back up Truck with trailer on a hitch

• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Have a valid Arizona Drivers License and a reliable mode of transportation

• Able to work during the Arizona heat.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)

• Familiar with small engines (like lawnmowers or paint sprayers)

• Work well within a team

• Able to back up trailers into tight spaces

• Have a flexible schedule to work around clients' parking lot needs. (Potentially nights and/or weekends)

• Self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

• Punctual, organized, and have high attention to detail

• Ability to work well independently and unsupervised

• Results motivated
