Pavement Maintenance Technician

The Pavement Maintenance Technician at EverLine Coatings is responsible for executing a variety of pavement maintenance projects for clients across the city. This role involves using specialized equipment to perform tasks such as line painting, asphalt crack filling, and seal coating, while ensuring high-quality project delivery and maintaining a safe work environment. The position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and repair, seal coating, power washing, and more.

• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.

• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.

• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.

• Execute work in the field daily, requiring physical labor.

Requirements

• A driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Reliable mode of transportation.

• Self-motivated and a critical thinker with problem-solving skills.

• Strong punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).

• Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.

Nice-to-haves

• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
