Job Details
Manage all phases of paving construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
Develop and execute project plans, construction methods, staffing strategies, and equipment utilization plans.
Monitor project costs, schedules, production, quality, and safety performance while implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution and communication.
Oversee project documentation, reporting, inspections, testing, closeout activities, warranties, and punch list completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including project leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Experience managing paving, highway, or heavy civil construction projects valued between $10M and $20M.
Strong understanding of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, project scheduling, and cost control.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; OSHA 30, FE, PE, or HCSS HeavyJob experience preferred.
