Paving Crew Foreman

Paving Crew Foreman- supervise and coordinate daily activities of paving crew and will engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised. General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of a small group of constructions workers.

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Effectively manage a group of 8 men
• Measure out an given area and come up with proper asphalt tonnage
• Communicate with plant throughout the day to ensure we're receiving proper material
• Know how to physically perform every position on a paving crew
• Work 50 +/- hours a week
