Paving Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Paving Foreman to lead and supervise paving crews on heavy highway construction projects. The Foreman is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct paving crew activities on-site

• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and production rates

• Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel

• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors

• Maintain accurate daily reports and job documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of paving experience with heavy highway projects

• Proven leadership and crew management skills

• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and safety standards

• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications

Compensation: Based on experience $70,000-72,000 + benefits
