Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct paving crew activities on-site
Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and production rates
Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel
Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Maintain accurate daily reports and job documentation
Requirements:
3+ years of paving experience with heavy highway projects
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and safety standards
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
Compensation: Based on experience $70,000-72,000 + benefits
