Sterling Engineering is looking for a Paving/Restoration Inspector in Pennsylvania. This opportunity is with a growing organization supporting infrastructure and field-based inspection projects.
Job Duties:
- Conduct field inspections of paving and restoration work to ensure quality and compliance
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and landowners
- Address and resolve daily challenges in the field
- Review project specifications, drawings, and cut sheets
- Document findings and prepare reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of paving or construction experience
- Knowledge of paving practices, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
