We are looking for a Paving Screed Operator to join our Grand Junction, CO team. As an Equipment Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will support daily operations with our paving crew by operating paving equipment and performing general tasks.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Operator on asphalt screed paver with normal adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade & finished cross section of asphalt material/screed extensions
- Set up of job site, tack coat, string line etc.
- Assist crew with shoveling and raking
- Assist crew with job site clean up
- Assist trucks when backing under difficult conditions to help avoid injury or property damage
- Other duties as assigned
About You
We Require:
- A minimum of 1–year of experience operating equipment (Paving Equipment).
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work weekends
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
