What Your Day Looks Like
No two days at Cash in a Flash are the same. One day you might be helping a longtime customer with a loan on their guitar, and the next you're examining something you've never seen before. You'll greet new faces, build genuine relationships with regulars who come back again and again, and develop a sharp eye for evaluating everything from everyday tools and electronics to the occasional rare or unexpected find. Position Highlights
Assist customers with pawn transactions including loans, buys, and sales
Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive experiences
Learn how to evaluate and price a wide range of items (tools, jewelry, electronics, and more)
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store environment
Accurately document transactions and follow all local, state, and federal regulations
Develop product knowledge, sales skills, and leadership abilities over time
What We're Looking For

Basic math and attention to detail
A quick learner who adapts well to new situations
Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Willingness to complete training and development
Must pass a background check
