Payer Enrollment Coordinator Compensation

• $23.57 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates)

Payer Enrollment Coordinator Highlights

• On-site role (no remote option) in Cumberland, RI 02864
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Temp-to-hire: if performance is strong, the hiring manager may begin conversion around 6 months based on attendance, performance and business needs

Payer Enrollment Coordinator  Responsibilities

• Process payer enrollment applications (initial enrollments and revalidations) for clinics and providers
• Provide quality control for Medicare/Medicaid enrollment applications
• Resolve payer-related claim issues in the corporate billing system and coordinate escalations/resolutions
• Support credentialing/re-credentialing and audit/compliance processes for government and commercial payers
• Update credentialing and billing systems with provider information as needed

Payer Enrollment Coordinator  Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• On-site availability is required (Cumberland, RI 02864)
• Ability to work in a regulated/compliance-focused environment and handle confidential information
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days

Payer Enrollment Coordinator  Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with government payers (Medicare/Medicaid) (or strong transferable insurance/regulatory experience with willingness to learn)
• Experience with CMS guidelines and/or Medicare Part D / enrollment processes
• Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar)
