The Opportunity

As a Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients in the health industries sector, focusing on operations consulting to drive transformation and efficiency. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that address complex challenges in payer operations. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of health services and optimize their operational strategies.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. This is an opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client engagements by contributing to operations consulting projects
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of business transformation strategies
  • Engaging in market research to inform operational improvements and strategies
  • Applying business data analytics to enhance operational performance and decision-making
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and achieve efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives
  • Utilizing operations management techniques to support client needs and project goals
  • Implementing quality standards to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction
  • Conducting analysis of business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitating change management processes to support successful transformation initiatives

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor''s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Demonstrating skills in business data analytics and transformation
  • Engaging in process improvement and optimization initiatives

Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
