Payment Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Duration: 06 Months contract Rate: DOE
US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred. Job Description:
- Work with the Analytics team to understand business requirements/gap analysis on the ATM network availability and understand the downtime trends.
- Work with Acquirers and AMT Merchants to evaluate technical setup for the various BIN ranges and the type of transactions supported and identify any issues in ATM availability, acceptance, etc.
- Financial transaction trend analysis and report creation (based on type of transactions, Auth rates, reject codes analysis, etc.)
- Engage with the right internal support teams to secure required help for the activities. (e.g. Production Support team, Network team, etc.)
- Collaborate with other team members/analysts for the daily cadence to review the progress.
- Daily activity tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder management (Internal and client)
- Interact with the team members on day-to-day tasks and help resolve roadblocks.
