Payment Processor - Hybrid

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations related to collections and cash flows. You will ensure timely reconciliation of customer payments, maintain accurate transaction processing, and support both financial close and operational compliance. This highly collaborative role interfaces with internal departments, banking partners, and investors to safeguard financial integrity and transparency.

Responsibilities

§ Complete daily bank and customer payment reconciliation, researching any variances and following through on a resolution

§ Escalate and resolve payment discrepancies to ensure accurate transaction processing with minimal impact to accounts

§ Liaise effectively between the company, partner banks, and internal business units to coordinate payment flow and issue resolution

§ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between internal systems and external bank/payment processor statements

§ Prepare summaries and reconciliation reports to support accounting during financial close

§ Develop and maintain queries to streamline reporting using SQL, Snowflake and PowerBI

§ Comply with third-party operational audits conducted on behalf of investors and warehouse facilities

§ Lead process enhancement projects, identifying opportunities to improve reconciliation and payment tracking workflows by leveraging AI tools

§ Identify and correct data discrepancies across reporting and transaction platforms

Requirements

§ Hands on experience with ACH, wires, and reconciliation

§ Understanding of banking systems

§ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§ Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities

§ Integrity, reliability, initiative, and ability to meet tight deadlines

§ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

§ Adaptable, flexible and with the ability to balance multiple projects / priorities
