Payment Processor

Work Arrangement: Onsite in Tukwila, WA 98188
Position Type: Contract position for 3 Months with performance-based extension
Location: 18035 W Sperry Dr, Tukwila , WA 98188
Start Date – First week of July or earlier
Work Schedule – 40 hours per week – Thursday to Monday – First Shift
Hourly Pay -$22/hour – Weekly Pay Out

Key Responsibilities

10-Key data entry.
Payment processing and payment posting.
Data entry of check amounts with a required keystroke accuracy and speed target.
Scanning and processing payments.
Invoice entry and supplemental entry.
Handling and correcting mis keyed mail and data entry errors.
Lockbox processing is the highest-priority function.

Performance Expectations

Must achieve approximately 8,000 keystrokes per hour.
Process approximately 700–1,200 payments per day, depending on volume.
Maintain high accuracy in data entry and payment processing.

Work Environment / Volume

Work volume varies based on business needs.
Highest volumes typically occur on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Overtime may be required during high-volume periods.
