RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis and solution design across payments, FX, commercial banking, corporate banking, and digital banking workflows, spanning process, data, integration, and application layers.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into structured process models, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and data flow maps that are engineering-ready and audit-traceable.
  • Design AI-enabled business solutions, including intelligent automation, LLM-assisted workflows, and decision-support tools, with governance, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls built in from inception.
  • Drive rapid prototyping and iterative use case discovery with business stakeholders using low-code tools, wireframing platforms, and AI frameworks to validate concepts before full build commitment.
  • Own integration and API-enabled workflow design across core banking systems, payment rails, FX engines, CRM platforms, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineering leads on scalable integration and workflow architecture.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and outcome-based prioritization.
  • Identify and lead process automation opportunities across straight-through processing, exception handling, reconciliation, client onboarding, reporting workflows, and banking operations.
  • Embed risk, compliance, legal, and audit controls into solution designs from inception.
  • Define and track outcome-based KPIs, value realization benchmarks, and executive reporting for transformation initiatives.

Required Background:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in process design, application/product design, business analysis, or workflow transformation within financial services.
  • Strong domain concentration in two or more of the following: Payments, FX transaction lifecycle, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Digital Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of payment rails and transaction workflows, including SWIFT, ACH, RTP, and FedNow.
  • Experience designing AI-enabled business solutions, including intelligent automation, GenAI/LLM workflows, and decision-support systems.
  • Strong proficiency in BPMN process modeling, use case design, user story development, functional specifications, and data flow mapping.
  • Proven agile delivery experience, including sprint facilitation, backlog ownership, iterative prototyping, and outcome-based prioritization.
  • API and integration literacy, including REST APIs, workflow architecture, integration patterns, and data exchange specifications.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, payment rails, FX transaction lifecycles, and digital banking platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise banking technology vendors such as FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, Thought Machine, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit expectations within financial services.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree required;MBA or advanced degree preferred.
