Lead end-to-end business analysis and solution design across payments, FX, commercial banking, corporate banking, and digital banking workflows, spanning process, data, integration, and application layers.
Translate ambiguous business needs into structured process models, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and data flow maps that are engineering-ready and audit-traceable.
Design AI-enabled business solutions, including intelligent automation, LLM-assisted workflows, and decision-support tools, with governance, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls built in from inception.
Drive rapid prototyping and iterative use case discovery with business stakeholders using low-code tools, wireframing platforms, and AI frameworks to validate concepts before full build commitment.
Own integration and API-enabled workflow design across core banking systems, payment rails, FX engines, CRM platforms, and digital channels.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineering leads on scalable integration and workflow architecture.
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and outcome-based prioritization.
Identify and lead process automation opportunities across straight-through processing, exception handling, reconciliation, client onboarding, reporting workflows, and banking operations.
Embed risk, compliance, legal, and audit controls into solution designs from inception.
Define and track outcome-based KPIs, value realization benchmarks, and executive reporting for transformation initiatives.
Required Background:
8+ years of hands-on experience in process design, application/product design, business analysis, or workflow transformation within financial services.
Strong domain concentration in two or more of the following: Payments, FX transaction lifecycle, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Digital Banking.
Strong knowledge of payment rails and transaction workflows, including SWIFT, ACH, RTP, and FedNow.
Experience designing AI-enabled business solutions, including intelligent automation, GenAI/LLM workflows, and decision-support systems.
Strong proficiency in BPMN process modeling, use case design, user story development, functional specifications, and data flow mapping.
Proven agile delivery experience, including sprint facilitation, backlog ownership, iterative prototyping, and outcome-based prioritization.
API and integration literacy, including REST APIs, workflow architecture, integration patterns, and data exchange specifications.
Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, payment rails, FX transaction lifecycles, and digital banking platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise banking technology vendors such as FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, Thought Machine, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit expectations within financial services.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor s degree required;MBA or advanced degree preferred.
