Payments QA engineer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Deep knowledge of Wire Transfer processing with hands on experience in ACI MTS, including payment/message flows, validations, and downstream impacts.
- Strong understanding of ISO20022 messages across CBPR+, Fedwire, and CHIPS, as well as legacy SWIFT MT formats.
- Solid grasp of Agile, SDLC, and test management methodologies.
- Ability to develop comprehensive manual test cases that cover functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- Skilled at generating, conditioning, and managing compliant test data across environments.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to independently drive assignments to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to work within established timelines.
- Confident in making decisions to ensure features function as intended.
Understanding of dependencies across wire processing, including:
Payment and message processing flows
Client products and services related to Wire Transfer
Wire database structures and operational interactions
Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT practices, formats, and reconciliation
gpi processing
Experience supporting and testing middleware interfaces, including web services, daemons, and message-based integrations.
Hands-on experience with tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Octane, and MTS utilities.
Linux and shell scripting familiarity.

Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
