Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Salesperson to join our team at Payne Mission. The Salesperson will play a key role in driving sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing our products or services, and closing deals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean and valid driving record for the past 3 consecutive years
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in retail or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate potential customers while generating leads
• Comprehend customer needs and preferences
• Present product information and service details to customers

• Close sales and meet quarterly sales quotas
