Payroll Accountant | Boston, MA | AI/Technology Consulting FirmOur team is working with a leading AI & Technology consulting firm looking to hire a Payroll Accountant to their growing team. The payroll accountant will be responsible for end-to-end payroll accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, employee compensation, tax withholdings, benefits administration, and compliance with payroll regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining payroll data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems, preparing payroll and benefits‑related journal entries, managing compensation accruals, and reconciling payroll‑related balance sheet and expense accounts. The position also supports quarter‑end and year‑end payroll activities, including tax reconciliations and W‑2 reporting, while partnering closely with HR and Benefits teams to resolve compensation and payroll‑related issues.This role is a full‑time hybrid (3 days in 2 at home) position that will offer up to 90K base, bonus, & strong benefits.
