We're looking for a detail‑driven Payroll & Accounting Specialist to support payroll operations and core accounting activities. This role handles multi‑state payroll, assists with financial processes, and partners closely with HR and leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.ResponsibilitiesProcess bi‑weekly, off‑cycle, and monthly payroll for U.S. and international employeesReview timecards, resolve discrepancies, and support system updatesMaintain compliance with payroll regulations across multiple statesPerform payroll audits, reconcile reports, and address complex issuesTrack leaves of absence and related benefit activityMaintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiriesProcess manual checks and assist with incentive/bonus calculationsSupport accounting with G/L reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and reportingCollaborate with HR, managers, and accounting teams on ongoing needsContribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsAssociate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field5+ years of payroll experienceExperience with ADPand strong Excel skillsFamiliarity with QuickBooksStrong understanding of payroll regulations and best practicesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationEffective communication and organizational skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
