Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Accountant:

• Manage payroll reconciliations, tax reporting, and rate change processes across multiple entities.
• Perform accounting analysis, reporting, and general ledger maintenance activities.
• Process invoices, funding activities, and payroll-related accounting transactions.

Qualifications for the Payroll Accountant:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of payroll and general ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll taxes, reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or UKG is a plus.
