Key Responsibilities for the Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 
  
• Process semi-monthly payroll, including union payroll requirements
  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment processing
  • Review and process vendor contracts and contract-related invoices
  • Reconcile payroll and AP accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate payroll and vendor records
  • Support month-end accounting activities related to payroll and AP

Qualifications for the Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 
  
• Experience processing semi-monthly payroll, including union payroll
  • Full-cycle accounts payable experience
  • Experience reviewing and processing contract-related invoices
  • Strong accounting reconciliation and problem-solving skills
