Payroll Admin

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-4
Expected Hours: 40

Our client is a creative product manufacturer that is looking for a Payroll Administrator who will manage the daily administrative functions of payroll in Paycom, assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.

* Verify accuracy and complete payments of payroll taxes, benefits, and miscellaneous deductions
* Ensure biweekly payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner
* Coordinate and process third-party payroll requests
* Upload accurate contributions to 401k and HSA providers




* Must have 1-3 years Payroll and HR administrative experience
* Must have Paycom & ADP experience
* Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
* Must have strong and accurate attention to detail
