Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrators & Specialists: Ledgent Finance & Accounting has partnered with a fantastic client of ours operating in the northern DTC area. This Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing employee pay, calculating wages, managing taxes/deductions, handling timesheets, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with laws and attention to detail for over 1k employees in a multi-state environment. Requirements:

• 2+ years of payroll experience for over 1k employees
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Intermediate level of Excel (including pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Salary/Benefits:

• $60,000 - 70,000
