Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely
• 
  
• Review and validate employee hours, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• 
  
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations
• 
  
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
• 
  
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processing
• 
  
• Support benefits and related payroll functions as needed
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• 
  
• Knowledge of federal and California payroll regulations
• 
  
• Experience with payroll software; ADP experience is a plus
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
