Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory agencies.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
