About the Payroll Administrator role:

• 
  
• The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of payroll and related reporting and recordkeeping on a bi-weekly basis
• 
  
• Responsible for the administration of the company's time and attendance and payroll systems
• 
  
• Acts as a liaison for outside agencies and collaborates with other departments to resolve payroll issues and ensure employees are paid correctly
• 
  
• The Payroll Administrator works with HR and Fiscal for accurate payroll reporting, quarterly and annual tax filings, and thorough payroll analysis and reconciliation
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Administrator:

• 
  
• Previous experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
• 
  
• Experience with a time and attendance system
• 
  
• Good communication and analytical skills!
• 
  
• The Payroll Administrator should have tax filing experience
• 
  

Salary is $70,000-90,000
