Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Waldwick, New Jersey (100% on-site)
Type: Temp/Temp-to-Perm
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
LHH has partnered with a growing organization in the Waldwick, New Jersey in their search to hire a Payroll Administrator. This is a longer term consulting role with the opportunity to become permanent.
Responsibilities
across multiple tax entities.
appropriate job, project, and cost codes.
company policies.
Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll-related reporting.
Support the Controller and accounting team with payroll administration and related tasks.
Qualifications
Prior payroll processing experience required.
Strong Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with payroll or accounting software is a plus;
training will be provided on an industry specific ERP system.
