Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>• Process bi -weekly payrolls for multiple employee groups with accuracy and timeliness.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Review and validate timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes, and other payroll -related data.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP WorkforceNow payroll system. Audit and verify Workday interface file data into ADP.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Process New -Hires, Terminations, LOA’s in a timely manner.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Process benefit catch -up deductions for LOA’s returning to work.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policies.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Qualifications<\/b>:<\/span>
<\/div>• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Experience: 4–7 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a mid to large -sized organization.<\/span>
<\/div>
• Certifications: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Technical Skills:<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP WorkforceNow required).<\/span>
<\/div>
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).<\/span>
<\/div>
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday) and timekeeping platforms (Replicon).<\/span>
<\/div>
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, including tax and labor laws.<\/span>
