Payroll Analyst - Boston, MA (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates for a Payroll Analyst at a telecommunications co. with a location in Boston, MA, 02115 to process weekly and bi-weekly payroll.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll and RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH ADP WORKFORCE NOW (required).

This is a 6-month temporary role with an opportunity for extension.

Hourly Pay Rate: Between $35.00-$45.00 (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour workweek.

On-site 3 days per week.
Starts April 28, 2026.
Responsibilities:

Process payroll in ADP for multiple locations
Strong payroll audit experience
Experience running multiple payrolls
Strong data entry
Process weekly and bi-weekly Payrolls
Experience with union payroll
Strong ADP Workforce Now experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll
Recent experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
