Our client is looking for a hands-on Payroll Analyst to step into a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a production-heavy role—ideal for someone who can confidently own payroll processing, catch errors quickly, and navigate employee questions without hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process multi-state payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly cycle
• Review and audit payroll data (earnings, taxes, deductions) for accuracy
• Handle payroll discrepancies, adjustments, and employee inquiries in real time
• Reconcile payroll to general ledger and benefits data
• Support reporting, audits, and year-end activities (W-2s, etc.)
• Manage items like garnishments, retro pay, and manual checks

What you need to bring:

• Hands-on UKG Pro experience (this is a must-have)
• 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll processing
• Experience with multi-state payroll (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
• Solid Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
