We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with strong experience in UKG to support payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and supporting system functionality across payroll and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly/multi-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy of wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits
Maintain and support UKG payroll systems, including data validation and troubleshooting
Review and reconcile payroll data, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to processing
Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing including timekeeping, calculations, and disbursement
Generate payroll reports, audit results, and provide analysis to finance and leadership teams
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies
Partner with HR and accounting teams to maintain accurate employee data and support audits
Support month-end close activities, including payroll journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements within UKG
Qualifications
3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Hands-on experience with UKG (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or WFM) required
Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and multi-state payroll processing
Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
