Title: Payroll Analyst - 122070

Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Payroll Analyst for Deere & Company (Southwest Office Building) located in Moline, IL this position is an onsite role, you will be:

  • Process and analyze time, earnings, and deductions/withholdings on a weekly basis to derive accurate net pay in compliance with union contracts and Labor Relations/unit policies.
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Communicate with employees of various levels regarding pay questions, processes, and training.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with peers, unit partners, and other functional areas.

  • Quickly learns multiple Payroll/IT software systems.

  • Uses Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Knowledge of payroll, payroll tax and garnishments.
  • Experience maintaining confidential information.
  • Proficiency with SAP.
  • Familiarity with John Deere payroll systems WFE and ADP.
  • Experience using IBM/Host applications, such as TSO and TRMS.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in business or accounting or HR/LR discipline or equivalent experience.
