What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  
• Own semimonthly payroll processing from start to finish, including auditing reports and resolving discrepancies
• 
  
• Maintain and validate payroll, benefits, PTO, timekeeping, and employee information throughout the HRIS transition
• 
  
• Review and audit benefits data to ensure employee records are accurate in HiBob
• 
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, timecards, PTO, and system changes
• 
  
• Help ensure accurate employee data and smooth processes during a period of organizational growth and transition
• 
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• Experience independently managing payroll and benefits within a small or midsize organization
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with semimonthly payroll processing
• 
  
• Experience auditing payroll, benefits, PTO, timekeeping, or HRIS data
• 
  
• Working knowledge of Excel and the ability to review, organize, and analyze payroll or HRIS reports
• 
  
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and adapting when priorities shift
• 
  
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and employee service
•
