Overview of the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Role:



  • Assist in preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now.

  • Verify timecards, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Update changes related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefits.

  • Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance teams.

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Ad hoc payroll projects


Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator:



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of payroll processing experience.

  • Hands on experience using ADP Workforce highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

  • Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Reliable follow-through and commitment to accuracy.
