Payroll and Benefits Manager

CFS is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Payroll and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. The Payroll and Benefits Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a strong employee experience.


Job Description



  • The Payroll and Benefits Manager will manage full-cycle payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • This Payroll and Benefits Manager will oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations as a key Payroll and Benefits Manager

  • Partner with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee data and reporting

  • Manage audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements within payroll and benefits functions

  • This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager seeking stability and growth


Job Requirements



  • 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations

  • Experience with benefits administration and employee support

  • Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP or similar strongly preferred)

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
