Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Location: Cambridge, MA
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

• Manage full-cycle payroll for approximately 150 employees
• Process monthly bonuses, commissions, and incentive payments
• Maintain payroll accuracy, compliance, and reporting
• Support benefits administration as needed
• Partner with HR and finance on payroll-related matters

Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Experience handling bonus, commission, or incentive payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance
