Position will be responsible for effectively supporting all aspects of the payroll process, as well as a back-up for payroll processing.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Payroll backup
Review employee timecards to ensure accuracy for weekly payroll processing.
Payroll setup and data entry
Payroll reconciliation
Job incentive processing
Manage employee reimbursements.
New employee entry into payroll systems
Back up for front desk/incoming call duties
Pull files for audits.
Upkeep of all electronic file systems including scanning documents in for filing
Employment verifications- verbally, e-mail, or physical mailings
Assist employees with payroll questions and concerns.
Assist with HR administrative tasks as payroll schedule allows

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
