Position Overview:The Self-Direction Payroll Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Self-Hired Staff participating in the Self-Direction program. This role works closely with individuals receiving services, their Circle of Support, Self-Hired Staff, and internal departments to verify payroll information, maintain compliance with program requirements, and resolve payroll-related issues. The position also supports audits, documentation, and administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
