Immediate need for a talented Payroll Associate I. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Abbott Park, IL (Onsite). Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: Previous work with state agencies Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations Has multi-state tax experience Microsoft Office Suites (Excel) Communication: Clear and effective communication Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing Attention to detail Fast paced Project exp- testing exp Education- HS diploma Payroll exp of years of exp- 2- 3 years Top skills- attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency 100% onsite Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings Possible extension Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
