Love numbers, problem-solving, and helping others? As a Payroll Associate, you'll play a key role in making sure our restaurant teams get paid accurately and on time-every time. You'll partner with managers across locations, provide top-notch support, and keep payroll operations running smoother than a fresh-baked roll.   • This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky

What's On Your Plate

  • Process high-volume payroll for hourly restaurant employees

  • Own payroll operations for assigned markets and locations

  • Review and validate weekly payroll data, flagging and resolving variances

  • Make manual payroll adjustments as needed

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines

  • Print checks and payroll reports

  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and cost questions

  • Audit tax setup and payroll data for accuracy

  • Provide legendary service to managers and employees with payroll-related questions

Your Recipe for Success

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with payroll systems (Ultimate Software/UKG preferred)

  • Payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus

  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
